The Golden Temple

Situated in the old city of Amritsar, the Harmandir Sahib, also known as Golden Temple, is the most important pilgrimage site of Sikhism. The temple welcomes an average of 100,000 daily visitors and volunteers serve around 60'000 free vegetarian meals every day to anyone who ask for it, regardless of faith, gender or economic background.
